1. Introduction

   Welcome to Chappy Chania Transfers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
       •    All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
       •    A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
       •    Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup/drop-off locations and contact information.
3. Pricing & Payment
       •    Prices are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and selected service.
       •    All rates include fuel, driver fees, and applicable taxes.
       •    Payment options include cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
       •    Any additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
       •    Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund.
       •    Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in partial or no refund.
       •    No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Luggage Policy
       •    Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on.
       •    Oversized or excessive luggage must be disclosed in advance.
       •    We are not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage during the transfer.
6. Passenger Conduct
       •    Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
       •    Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
       •    Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged accordingly.
7. Delays & Waiting Time
       •    Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for other locations free of charge.
       •    Additional waiting time may incur extra fees.
       •    In case of flight delays, we adjust pickup times accordingly if provided with the correct flight details.
8. Safety & Liability
       •    We are committed to safe and reliable transfers, but we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
       •    We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
       •    Chappy Chania Transfers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
       •    Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
